Gorbachev's solution sounds rather radical. Not unlike President Barack Obama's blueprint to combat climate change by cutting United States emissions by one third by 2025 compared to 2005 levels. Obama intents to achieve these United Nations targets all without receiving approval from Congress, the governing body of the people.
No wonder why people think that green is the new red.
