Some consider the Nation’s Capital as “Fantasyland on the Potomac”. Other outsiders are “Fed Up” with the Federal City. It's better to consider D.C. as “the District of Calamity” (sic).

Gene Simmons Kiss to Support the Troops
Gene Simmons, the lead singer of the rock group KISS, has not been bashful about voicing his appreciation for those serving in uniform to protect our freedoms.
But during this 2008 Tribute to the Military, which was filmed on a U.S. Marine Base in 2008, it was not the Kiss Army that was honored.
