Well, by keeping involved in Election 2016, Biden will be well positioned waiting in the wings--along with Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)-- if in the end Hillary Clinton decides to spend more time with her grandchildren.
Some consider the Nation’s Capital as “Fantasyland on the Potomac”. Other outsiders are “Fed Up” with the Federal City. It's better to consider D.C. as “the District of Calamity” (sic).
