Who to believe?
- a medical organization which recently exposed 84 workers to a live Anthrax bacteria and
- lost track of vials of smallpox for 40 years
or
- a leader who believes that he is smarter than all of his aides,
- one who predicted that it was "unlikely" that Ebola would come to American shores and
- who offers unconcerned advice which seems contrary to the scientific consensus.
