Nota Bene-- Jacques Cousteau was one of the innovators who brought the Aqualung to the world. However, this invention may not have been the inspiration for Ian Anderson and Jethro Tull for their progressive rock concept album Aqualung (1971).
Some consider the Nation’s Capital as “Fantasyland on the Potomac”. Other outsiders are “Fed Up” with the Federal City. It's better to consider D.C. as “the District of Calamity” (sic).
