Veep-stakes Zinger

[L] NBC anchor Brian Williams, [R] GOP nominee Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA)

When conducting an interview with presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Governor Mitt Romney (R-MA) in London, NBC anchor asked a snarky question. Williams cited a Politico report of an anonymous Republican who opined that Romney was looking for “[A]n incredibly boring white guy.”

Romney responded in kind and noted that his Lamestream Media invigilator was unlikely to give up his anchor chair for the Vice-Presidency.  Zing.

That seemed to be an apropos answer for the silly season in the campaign coming from two sources of stenography for the Obama Administration.  Look for real details after the Olympics in the run up to the GOP convention in Tampa August 27̀-30th.
