It "Depends" on who voters "Luv" and give the equivalent of "Huggies" at the ballot box.
Although this photo was proven to be not real, Senator Al Franken is no joke. Minnesota voters will have an opportunity to change him in 2014. Maybe this time it won't require three recounts and 1099 felons votes in a race decided by 324 votes to do so.
